Benefits corner: A few notes about your new insurance benefits

The Eye Med coverage provides different levels of coverage for progressive and anti-reflective lenses. The different Tiers are related to the specific brand of the product.  If you are interested in the full list for each Tier please contact Hollie DeWalt in HR, 995-1350.  The list will be made available on the employee web site as well.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan will provide coverage for 24 chiropractic visits each calendar year.  If your provider tells you that they see only 12 visits, you should let them know that NMC provided a modification from 12 to 24 visits.  If they do not find the benefit at 24 visits, please contact Hollie DeWalt in HR, 995-1350, for assistance.
