Do you need additional ID cards from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan?
If so, please call the customer service number on the back of your card and the automated system will allow you to request additional cards.
*Note- all covered family members will use the same ID # with Blue Cross.
*Note-you will receive one card that covers both medical and dental from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan if you covered the same number of family members in each insurance plan. If you enrolled different family members you will receive two different cards.
