- Medical Data Reports Consultation
- Public Record Monitoring
- Telecom Monitoring
- Mother’s Maiden Name Monitoring
- Investment Account Number Monitoring
- National Provider Identifier Number Monitoring
Please follow the steps below to create your new account and to download the new IDShield Plus mobile app.
- ACTIVATE your new account at idshield.cloud/activate using your member number (noted above). If you are enrolled in the family plan, a separate account must be created for a spouse/partner to monitor their information.
- ADD the personal information you want to monitor, including your social media accounts. If you are enrolled in the family plan, you can also add any eligible dependent children to your plan.
- DOWNLOAD the new IDShield Plus mobile app for immediate alerts and to track your monthly credit score. The mobile app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
Please note the outlined action steps must be performed as soon as possible on or after August 15th to ensure a successful activation of the new enhancements.
