Check your Life Insurance Beneficiaries in ADP

To check your beneficiaries, go to ADP > Myself > Benefits > Enrollments > View Benefits

  • Be sure the date is in 2020.
  • Scroll down to Employee Life section.
  • If you are satisfied with the beneficiaries, no action is needed.
  • If you need to make a change, click on the green pencil icon to edit.
  • If you need to add a beneficiary who is not listed, contact Hollie DeWalt in HR.

  • 90-day prescription will be 2 co-pays
  • Priority Health uses Express Scripts for mail order (same as Blue Cross)
  • When you register as a new user on the website- Priorityhealth.com- you will be asked many questions about your history (old addresses, cars, relatives…) to verify your identity.

  • Free NMC Fitness Center access for the month of January for NMC Staff and Faculty.
  • One new employee will win a free membership to the NMC Fitness Center and a complimentary fitness center towel.
  • Open Recreation, 12pm to 2pm in the Physical Education building.
  • Certified trainers available to help you get started on your fitness journey.
  • Snow shoes available for checkout in North Hall.

December 2, 2019- Gliding Disc & Bender Ball Workout

Join Marissa for 15 minutes of low-impact fun using the gliding discs and bender balls to challenge your mind, body, strength, and core. *Slacks or comfortable clothes that allow for movement are best for today’s activities. Some movements will occur on the floor, but modifications can be made for those who would prefer not to be on the floor.

Snowshoeing on the NMC Campus!

NMC now has nine pairs of snowshoes available for students and employees to sign out and use. Stop by the North Hall front desk or call 995-1410 to reserve a pair. This is a great opportunity for those who like to walk during their lunch breaks.

Also, don’t forget the NMC Fitness Center for those looking to burn off the extra calories consumed during the holidays, or those looking to start an exercise program for the new year. Please contact the fitness center at 995-1379 or stop by our facility located inside North Hall for more information.
