Another BBQ success

NMC BBQ 2014Thank you to everyone who volunteered, attended and helped enjoy a picture perfect day and made this year’s NMC Barbecue such a big success.

Thousands of people spent hours on the NMC campus enjoying a picnic lunch, music on three different stages, kids’ games, program and classroom displays, and much more.

We served 9,040 meals on May 18, up from last year. Included in that number are 359 local residents who received home-delivered meals through the Grand Traverse County Commission on Aging, which operated out of the kitchen in West Hall.
