For those departments wanting to get a head start on their FY’16 Operational Plan A3’s, revised templates are now available on the ORPE intranet site. Look for them here.
Note that only the Microsoft Word template versions are now being supported. If you are still using the Excel version, please plan to convert over to Word with your FY’16 plan. Also, the Project Plan templates are optional if you would like to create additional detail to the right side (top of page 2) of your operational plan. You might consider doing this for a more involved project. Project plans are not expected to be submitted to ORPE.
A draft version of the FY’15-FY’16 Strategic Plan is also available on the ORPE website. Look for it here. This document will be further refined before we initiate operational planning which is scheduled to begin at the end of October.
