If you are planning to complete a degree or certificate this year, then you must apply to graduate to begin the graduation process. Applying for graduation is the process by which a student notifies NMC they are nearing completion of their degree requirements and they plan to graduate and receive a diploma or certificate.

The Graduation Application form is available at this link: https://www.nmc.edu/student-services/records-registration/forms/application-for-degree.pdf or in the Records & Registration Office on the main floor of the Tanis Building. Once you submit the form to the Records Office, it will trigger an official audit of your coursework. You will receive a copy of that audit with a confirmation of your graduation status and any pending or outstanding requirements.

The Graduation Application should be submitted at least one semester before the semester you anticipate completing your degree or certificate program requirements. Students planning to graduate this Summer 2017 and Fall 2017 should submit this form now!
