Support Food for Thought, win prizes!
For several years, NMC has supported the Northwest Food Coalition by donating non-perishable food items at the holiday party. This year, the holiday party committee asks NMC faculty and staff to simultaneously support both the Coalition and student learning by filling the pantries through the Food for Thought food drive organized by Kristy McDonald’s Professional Communications class.
Any donations that usually go to the holiday party drive should be donated to the Food for Thought Food Drive, running through Nov. 16. Your department or office also has the opportunity to win prizes. (more…)

Sodexo’s Wasteless Week runs October 20-24. All week long, while supplies last, Sodexo will be giving a reusable coffee cup for students who can correctly identify Sodexo’s website, as well as following them on Facebook and Instagram or Twitter. (more…)

Think you’ve got what it takes to be one of the faces of our next video?
We’re holding an open casting call Thursday, October 23 from 1-2 p.m. in the Educational Media recording studio. We’re looking for students who want to get in front of a camera for a few minutes, answer a few easy questions and help represent NMC in our next fundraising drive.
Questions could include, “What are you studying?” “What do you love about NMC?” “Who is your favorite professor?”
