The NMC Board of Trustees has approved funding for a campus-wide network project that will improve WiFi access on all of NMC’s campuses. The project is designed to support the evolving methods of teaching and learning and to increase accessibility to learning resources to students, faculty and staff.
The Dennos Museum Center will present The Shape of a Girl on Friday, November 22, at 9:30am and 11:30am as part of its educational performance series. Tickets for K-12 students and teachers are $5 per person until November 8, and then $6 per person until the date of the performance. Sunday with a Ranger has been rescheduled for November 17. The Dennos Museum Center at Northwestern Michigan College presents several family programs in conjunction with the 2013-2014 exhibition season. The Fall 2013 Professional Communications class receives the honor of running Food for Thought Fill the Pantries: Food Drive Challenge for this upcoming semester. The punk percussion group Street Drum Corps will perform at the Dennos Museum Center at Northwestern Michigan College on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 7:00 PM in the Milliken Auditorium.
