Russia: A Study Abroad Presentation
Jim Coughlin will be giving a presentation on studying abroad in Russia on February 21, 2013, 5:30-8:30 pm in SH217. The first hour will be dedicated to covering the trip details followed by a showing of the movie Enemy at the Gates.

NMC bachelor’s degree authorization focus of The Ticker feature
“The Ticker” featured an article, Tuesday, on NMC’s recent work to get the process of offering a bachelor’s degree in maritime technology started. In December, Michigan Governor Rick Snyder signed a bill into law that allows Michigan’s 28 community college to offer four-year degrees in these select areas: maritime technology, energy production, culinary and cement technology.
