Jeffery, his wife Lou and their cat Dusty come to Traverse City from the downstate area. Jeffery has worked previously at NW Florida State College, Alma College and DeWitt Public Schools. Jeffery is an avid record collector and loves the outdoors. He and his wife enjoy festivals and concerts, hiking and camping.

Joe and his wife Peri live in Harbor Springs, MI. They have two boys, Brian and John, and a mixed Labrador named Hoover. Peri produces and sells herbs for their local farmer’s markets. Joe comes to NMC from the U. S. Coast Guard. They both enjoy the great outdoors, especially here in northern Michigan.

Bryan and his wife Janice were both “born and raised” here in Traverse City. He grew up on the Brown Bridge Dam (no, he has not been back to see the mess they made) and attended Kingsley High School. He is an avid outdoors-man and he and his wife are into competitive shooting sports. They love to bike the wilds of Wexford County and photograph the abundant wildlife that roams their back yard.

Anne is a native of Alanson, MI and attended Petoskey (MI) High School. After high school she continued her education at Central Michigan University and received a BAA in Integrated Public Relations and a minor in Advertising in 2011. Most recently, Anne worked as a Customer Service and Membership Manager at Passageways Association and Event Management. Prior to her time there, she spent six months as the Social Media and Marketing intern with the National Cherry Festival. In her free time Anne enjoys the outdoors, running, thrift store shopping and playing with her cat Stella.

hhess@nmc.edu. Heather grew up in upstate NY and went to school just outside of Boston. She previously lived in Jackson, WY for seven years where she met her husband. Her last position was in Grand Rapids as the Customer Resource Assistant for Life EMS. Heather enjoys being outside, snowboarding, cross country skiing, running with her dog, hiking and camping.
