Foundations of Leadership Cohort
Through monthly skill-building sessions, individual goal-setting, application to daily work, and colleague support, participants gain competencies that will increase their effectiveness as supervisors, managers, and directors or as project leads, shared governance and committee leaders.

Train the Trainer
Increase your effectiveness and confidence as a trainer with a full day of hands-on skill development. Learn to use a six-step Active Learning Model to develop high-energy, effective training sessions with measurable results. You’ll get practice and feedback as you learn to develop, deliver, and evaluate training.

Online training through Harvard
Harvard ManageMentor includes 44 modules, each designed to help leaders gain competency or get help fast on a specific topic, and to share what they know. Built on the knowledge and experience of world-class experts, modules incorporate video insights, cases, real-world practice, peer-to-peer connections, tools, assessments, and more.
By registering for any of the modules or the entire suite of 44 modules, you will be given 12-month access to the course and all materials and will receive a printable certificate for completing each module.
Cost: $20.00 until July 1, 2014; $30.00 per module thereafter. $300 for the entire suite.
