• Completion 1. and submission of NMC’s AQIP Systems Portfolio
• Completion of the Voluntary Framework for Accountability Beta Testing
• On time and accurate fall reporting, including program review data
• Moved the Research call center to Founders Hall.
• Increased Transfer survey response rate 7% from the previous year
• Presented at the Michigan Association for Institutional Research annual conference on the Withdrawal Surveyprocess and results; second presentation at MIAIR on the revisioning and transformation of our General Education Assessment process
• Released the first Regional Wage Survey for our area which was well received by partnering organizations -Council Of Governments, the Traverse City Chamber and TAHRA.
• Surveyed over 1000 students regarding their bookstore experiences
