Open Forum
- Introduce yourself
- Provide a brief synopsis of your professional background
- Presentation:
Topic: Provide a presentation on a significant project implementation you have led. Please include the following:
- Identification of the problem or need that launched the project.
- Process for generating a proposed solution.
- Description of the implementation.
- Results of project including metrics used to monitor effectiveness of the solution on an ongoing basis.
- Questions from audience
Audience: You will be presenting to the search team and the Open Forum audience of employees.
Time: 15 minutes
Technology: The room will have a computer data projector available, if you choose to use technology for any portion of your presentation. The PC has Internet access, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office.
