FY13 is rapidly coming to a close. Please make sure that you have submitted and/or approved all sick and vacation time for you and your employees for FY13, which ends on June 30, 2013.
Since vacation time must be paid out to employees when they leave employment with the College, our auditors require us to show unused vacation time as a liability. If the vacation time has not been reported via web time entry or through Employee Absence Reports to the Payroll department by 6/30/13, this liability is greater than it should be and thus detrimental to NMC’s financial position.
