Join Marissa for 15 minutes of low-impact fun using the gliding discs and bender balls to challenge your mind, body, strength, and core. *Slacks or comfortable clothes that allow for movement are best for today’s activities. Some movements will occur on the floor, but modifications can be made for those who would prefer not to be on the floor.
