A Phi Theta Kappa and Northwestern Michigan College community resources event, presentation, and panel for invisible disabilities.
The second floor of the Osterlin Library on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2019 from 3 to 6 p.m.
Join us as we discuss the barriers to success and common misconceptions for those with invisible disabilities. We will begin with a presentation from Michigan Rehabilitation Services at 3 p.m. in Osterlin 203. We will also have several related community agencies and resources available in Osterlin 205 from 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. There will be pizza served in Osterlin 204 beginning at 4 p.m., followed by two brief and informational TEDTalks. We will conclude the event with a panel of related experts answering questions from our chapter followed by an audience Q&A.
