Join us on October 8th at 8 a.m. for NMC’s October Conference

One day to focus on your knowledge and skills!
43 great sessions to choose from +  57 facilitators + one great NMC Community =
A great day of collaboration, learning, and fun!

On Tuesday, October 8, the Center for Instructional Excellence and the Professional Development Institute will be hosting the fourth NMC October Conference. This is a college-wide professional development event for all regular faculty and staff, and adjunct faculty.

An appointment has been sent to your Google calendar. The College will be closed to allow all faculty and staff to attend.

We will have a wide variety of sessions available for all NMC faculty and staff to come together as colleagues to talk about effective practices and share ideas, giving everyone an opportunity to collaborate and learn from each other.

This year’s theme is Telling Our Story: Envisioning What’s Possible. It takes every person in every position on campus to assure quality experiences and outcomes for our students. This day gives us the opportunity to invest in each other. See the wide variety of sessions available.  We will have printed copies of the schedule for everyone and some printed copies of the session guide available at the opening session.

We are collaborating with the NMC food pantry to help stock the shelves. Please bring donations for the pantry with you to the Dennos Museum. Items needed include
