Join Chris Barr on Monday, August 27 at your campus for a 15-minute full-body resistance band workout on the lawn.

Chris will have the bands — just bring yourself!

  • 10-10:15 a.m.- University Center- meet in front of outside entrance to EES
  • Noon-12:15 p.m.- Main Campus- meet in front of the Phys Ed Building
  • 1:30-1:45 p.m.- Great Lakes Campus- meet in front of the main entrance
  • 2:30-2:45 p.m.- Parsons Stulen- meet in front of the main entrance
