A hallmark of planning at NMC is continuous improvement. One area in which we seek to make notable improvement over this next operational planning cycle is with outcomes and metrics (the left side of the A3 or first page of the Word version). To aid in this improvement, ORPE has teamed up with NMC’s Professional Development Institute to develop additional training on developing metrics.
These new training tutorials and tools are available on the ORPE intranet site located here. Additionally, there will be two workshops available for drop-in support in revising your department’s A3 outcomes and metrics. These workshops will take place on Friday, November 14 from 1-2:30 p.m. and Friday, January 16 from 1-2:30 p.m. Both will be held in Founders Hall Rm. 110.
