It is with sad hearts that we report the passing of Edwin “Ted” Kidd, 88, on Nov. 23, 2013. Ted was a part of the volunteer staff of the Dennos Museum as a docent and enjoyed leading school children through the Museums art galleries, and visiting elementary classrooms to share his love of Inuit art. In Sept. 2009,NMC president Tim Nelson, authorized by the Board of Trustees, appointed Ted and Phyllis Fellows of NMC, for their steadfast support of the Dennos Museum since its opening in 1991.

Likewise, saying thank you is not really enough for all of you here at NMC who have supported me in this time. The plant the college sent sits in my living room, reminding me of the woods my dad loved and what is good in the world. My dad would have liked that. I know I do.
