Kudos to Donna Palmer

To Donna Palmer for the exceptional service she provided to an external customer.  A customer called and needed a room change at the last moment, Donna successfully made the move.  On the day of the event there were some technical problems in the assigned room so Donna yet again was able to find another room.  Donna did this calmly and graciously and was able to communicate well with all parties involved.
