  • Evening class offerings included: Advanced Piloting, History & Literature of Opera, Russia: A Spectrum, and a class taught by librarian Bernard Rink titled “Books that shaped the world.”
  • Woodcuts by noted Hungarian artist, Joseph Domjan, were on display at the Osterlin Library.

25 Years Ago:

  • A poll of dormitory residents showed that students wanted to drop the tomahawk as the college’s symbol in favor of the buffalo.  Students also said they’d like the colors changed from maroon and gray to “evergreen” and white.
  • Tricia Domagala, Supervisor of Telephone Operations, was chosen as Employee of the Term.  (See photo).
