Benefits corner- HSA info needed in HR by December 27

Are you a new member of the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) for 2014?  Don’t forget that HR needs written documentation of your Health Savings Account (HSA) account number and routing number by Friday, 12/27/13, in order to be ready for the 1/10/14 deposit from NMC. You can scan this information and send it to HR electronically, mail it, or drop it off at HR’s office at the UC.  If you will not have your account set up in time or if you cannot set it up because your Flexible Spending Account still has money in it on 12/31/13, please contact HR by emailing Kelly Westphal or Carol Kasper so we can put your deposit on hold.
