Red flag incident reporting form changes

NMC’s Red Flag incident reporting form was recently updated and the form’s appearance has changed. The form can still be accessed via NMC’s Campus Safety & Security page at nmc.edu/security . Use the form to report any suspicious, dangerous, illegal or threatening incidents involving NMC students or NMC facilities and campuses.
