Kudos to the following individuals and departments!
Kudos to, Jenny Barnes from Central Scheduling and Ed Blough, Gary Schettek, Nolan Goerner and Todd Brown from Facilities for an all-day operation on Friday, October 11th in which new classroom furniture arrived and the old furniture was cascaded throughout several classrooms in the Beckett Building, Osterlin, Health Sciences and Scholars Hall. These moves took a great deal of planning to complete between and around class schedules. This is a great example of collaboration and teamwork between departments. Thank you!
My co-worker and I were in the office very late into the night (until 4am) producing the White Pine Press when Sharon Angel came in to clean. She not only spoke intelligently with us about our newspaper, giving us specific positive feedback, she also took the time to bring us coffee and cookies as my co-worker had just arrived from Amsterdam and was functioning on no sleep. Sharon is always friendly, but she went a step beyond that and she really made our night better. She also does a great job cleaning, and I think she has one of the toughest jobs on campus. She is appreciated.
