Introducing FREE FITNESS FRIDAYS in September! Every Friday in September, all employees will have FREE access to NMC’s Fitness Center. Come in anytime during their hours of operation (6am-6:30pm) to check it out and get a great workout in. We also will be hosting Basics Bootcamps for employees!
  • Fitness 101: If you are looking to start a new workout routine, shake up your current routine, or learn the basics of designing a routine sure to give you results, attend Fitness 101. Led by Fitness Center trainer Steven Dixon, this 45 minute session will be held September 6th & 20th, at 7am or 8am.
  • Nutrition 101: Learn all the basics of healthy eating, meal planning, maintaining a healthy calorie balance and maximizing your households grocery budget. This 45 minute session, led by Wellness Coordinator Sarah Shimek, will be held September 13th & 27th at 12pm or 1pm.

REMINDER: To be eligible for this month’s wellness mini challenge prize drawing, you must sign up for the United Way Live 365 Workplace Wellness Challenge by the end of Friday, August 31st OR Nominate a coworker for being a healthy lifestyle role model/success story.
