The Employee Engagement Survey closed on Sunday evening, April 7 with 405 total completes. This is up slightly from last year (399). However, because we included adjunct faculty from the three prior semesters, we had a larger population to survey this year. Even with more completed surveys, our overall response rate was lower at 57% (65.5% in 2012). Thank you to everyone who completed the survey and again congratulations to our three Best Buy gift card winners – Dave Wilson, Mike Gillett and Ann Geht.
The Office of Research, Planning & Effectiveness will be analyzing the results and preparing an summary report for the campus that is targeted for release in mid-May.
