Looking to rejuvenate your mind and your body, with spring and summer right around the corner? The NMC Extended Education department is now launching it’s new “Fit For Spring” campaign, inviting all students, faculty, and staff members to participate in a variety of health and wellness classes around campus and the community. From Zumba, to Strength Training, to connecting with a Personal Trainer, we are encouraging everyone to look and feel their best. We welcome anyone and everyone to our fun, upbeat, and encouraging classes, regardless if you are a beginner or an advanced athlete. Here is just a taste of what we are offering this spring term!
