Are you leaving your desk? Isn’t locking your computer a good idea?

myNMC and Single-Sign On leave your computer vulnerable when you are away from your desk.  Please take a moment to follow these directions to secure your computer.

For PC: Press the Windows Key and the letter “L”  at the same time.

For Mac: Follow this link for directions https://intranet.nmc.edu/depts/help-desk/intercom/macosxlock

Following these instructions will lock your workstation and keep your applications hidden.  This requires you to log in (only once) when you return to the computer.
