Kudos to Pam Palermo for not only BEING in the office on Saturday, August 25, but also actually taking a phone call regarding a student who had been dropped unexpectedly from classes. She was able to make a couple of adjustments so the student was able to re-register for classes over the weekend and come in Monday to finalize details. The student was incredibly surprised and grateful for the “extra mile” service and, as promised, was in first thing Monday morning to follow through on their end of the bargain. It’s this kind of service that endears our students to us–even during the difficult process of applying for financial aid.
