Cherry Royale Parade tomorrow

For those of you who will be marching in the Cherry Royale Parade on behalf of NMC, here are a few handy reminders:

• If you pre-ordered your t-shirts they are available today, July 13, in the Auxiliary Services office in West Hall until 5 p.m.  If you didn’t no pre-order but just realized the dog ate the one you had from last year there are a few extras.  First come first serve. There will also be any t-shirts available at the staging area.
• We are # 106.  All of State Street is the staging area, and Kay Hall will be in the NMC spot starting at 8 am.
• Remember vehicles must be in line by 10 am and walkers no later then 10:30.  We will have coffee and a small continental breakfast at the beginning of the parade and a picnic at the end of the parade.
• The weather will be stellar.  Mid 80’s with a light wind.  Bring your sunscreen.  We will have ice cold water for the parade route.
• We will be exiting off Union onto 13th street to the lot on the right across from Thirlby field.  There we can rest and have a picnic!
• If you have hand outs, once again they must be handed out not thrown.
