Six candidates will run for two open NMC Board of Trustee positions during the Nov. 8 general election.
The candidates are Carolyn Collins, Christopher Dailey, former Traverse City Mayor Michael Estes, Michael Haynes, Rachel Johnson and current trustee Chris M. Bott, whose term is set to expire at the end of the year along with the term of current trustee Robert T. Brick. Brick is not running for another term.
The filing deadline for running was July 26.
NMC is governed by a publicly elected board of trustees from Grand Traverse County. Trustees serve six-year terms.
