  • Recognize and celebrate accomplishments
  • Provide feedback on performance
  • Capture and share learning that has occurred
  • Set your goals and learning/development plans for the coming year

*New* – This year we have added the supervisor competencies that were decided on during the focus groups and small group meetings. If you are a supervisor, you will find the new list linked above your job description in HR Toolbench. You may also access it here.

The timeline below is strongly recommended. Thank you for your efforts to meet these target dates:

  • July 1 –  All Self-evaluations submitted
  • August 1 – Supervisor evaluations & meetings complete; evaluations due
  • August 1 – Employee Goals submitted
  • August 5 – Goals reviewed/approved by supervisors
  • August 8 – Employees begin working on new goals & learning plans

If your department is experiencing a peak time, your timeline may be modified at the discretion of your vice president; all goals and reviews should be completed and approved by everyone by August 31.
