Lynne Moritz and Hollie DeWalt are gathering a group of folks who have had the opportunity to participate in these leadership development cohorts over the years either while working at NMC or before NMC.

We have such a wealth of knowledge and experience right here at our own door step! The alumni would assess and identify a few tangible ways the group’s expertise can be integrated into continued leadership development, mentoring or institutional initiatives at NMC.
