Blue Cross– bcbsm.com
To access your “Virtual ID Card” simply log into bcbsm.com from your mobile device- sign in or register if you haven’t set up an online account. Directly to the right of your name you will see a card icon- click there.
Eye Med– eyemedvisioncare.com
Eye Med only sends a new card if you are new to the plan. If not, please continue to use your current card.
An Eye Med App is available if you would like to have access to your card on your phone. Download the EyeMed Members App to your mobile device and follow the instructions.
