If you have a potential Virus on your NMC computer, please follow these steps…
- Stop using your computer.
- Do NOT turn off the machine.
- Inform the NMC Technology Help Desk (THD) immediately at 995-3020 of the potential problem.
- Provide data to the THD on the potential virus, including:
- Message being displayed (error or other)
- Machine behavior
- Operating System
- Service Tag, and
- Exact location of machine.
