If you have a potential Virus on your NMC computer, please follow these steps…

  1. Stop using your computer.
  2. Do NOT turn off the machine.
  3. Inform the NMC Technology Help Desk (THD) immediately at 995-3020 of the potential problem.
  4. Provide data to the THD on the potential virus, including:
  • Message being displayed (error or other)
  • Machine behavior
  • Operating System
  • Service Tag, and
  • Exact location of machine.
