The NMC Wellness Olympics are here!

  • We now have 47 NMC Olympians;  people just keep signing up!
  • We have logged 264 hours of exercise!

There are two parts to the NMC Wellness Olympics: Olympic Training and Olympic Events.


Olympic Training
During Olympic Training participants will keep track of points through an online form. 15 minutes of exercise = 1 point. Please self report the week of the exercise. As well, participants will determine if they are a “Veteran Olympian” (currently exercising 3x per week) or “Amateur Olympian” (currently exercising less than 2x per week).
Olympic Events
A variety of events will be occurring during the Olympics (July 27-August 12). These events are still to be determined.

Get a Team Together
Student Life has banded together and challenged another team.  Your team can choose a country to represent.  Why not get a team together and challenge someone else.???
