NMC’s updated strategic plan is now available for review on the Office of Research, Planning, and Effectiveness (ORPE) intranet site located here under the heading “FY17 Strategy Documents”. The development of this plan began in the summer months with an initial review by President’s Council. A draft version was made available in October to Leadership Group during a two week comment period.
The strategic plan provides a high level roadmap for the progress the college intends to make as a campus community towards achieving our strategic directions and making continuous improvement with the institutional effectiveness criteria. This is important work that we can all have a part in achieving together. It is important to remember that this is a living document and it will continue to go through regular check and adjust. Revisions will be shared via the ORPE intranet pages.
The college is now formally entering the operational planning phase of our Aligned Planning process. Revised operational plan A3 templates for FY’17 are available on the ORPE intranet site located here. Again this year, we are supporting both a Word version and a Google Docs version of the operational A3. Updated program review data are also available on the ORPE intranet site located here.
