The Northwestern Michigan College Jazz Lab Band will be appearing at the Workshop Brewing Co. on Wednesday, November 11th from 7:00-8:00 p.m. FREE admission!
Both bands are directed by Laurie Sears and will feature music by the following jazz composers: Duke Ellington, Chick Corea, Charles Mingus, Henry Mancini, Jerome Kern, Thelonious Monk, Wayne Shorter, Dizzy Gillespie and Benny Carter. Please join us for two exciting evenings of big band music with great craft beers, food and fun! Thanks to the Workshop Jazz Society Jam Session for hosting us during their weekly jams on Wednesdays from 6-10 p.m. The Workshop Brewing Co. is located at 221 Garland St., Traverse City.
