Jason was born and raised in Southern Michigan, where he met his wife, Samantha. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Spring Arbor University, Jason continued in the field of education by earning Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. Jason has worked predominantly in higher education spending multiple years working in Admissions and Advising, as well as serving in Residence life and Student life. Jason enjoys all things sports, outdoors, and traveling.
