The NMC Soccer Club dropped a hard fought match on the road at Cornerstone University JV. After going down 1-0 mid way through the first half, Cornerstone scored two goals within 5 minutes of the half to pull ahead. Noah Withey made a number of great saves in goal and Ryan Haworth, Andrew Bump and Nick Armour played very well in the back line despite the goals.
The Hawk Owls next soccer match is this Saturday, October 10, 2:45 kick off against Ferris State University soccer club. Game is at Traverse City Coast Guard Soccer complex.
