For those departments wanting to get a head start on their FY’17 Operational Plan A3’s, revised templates are now available on the ORPE intranet site. Look for them here:

As a reminder, you can use either the Word template or the Google Docs template. Also, the Project Plan templates are optional if you would like to create additional detail to the right side (top of page 2) of your operational plan. You might consider doing this for a more involved project. Project plans are not expected to be submitted to ORPE.
FY’17 Operational Plan A3’s are not due to ORPE until February 15, 2016 so you will have plenty of time to complete this work after the revised Strategic Plan is released later this fall.
