Meritain Health has provided the following instructions to set up access to your on line Flexible Spending Account through their system.
(1) go to mymeritain.com
(2) click the “Create a new user account” link to the right of the login box
(3) when prompted for “Please enter your Group ID” it is 14722
(4) on the “member registration page” enter your Social Security Number (SSN) in the “Member ID” field
Once registered successfully, you will be asked to pick a new password.
From that point forward, you should be able to go to mymeritain.com, enter your
SSN as the “username” and your new password.

Blue Cross Blue Shield Pre-Authorization Needed
Blue Cross Blue Shield does require a pre-authorization to have a stress test completed. Please be sure your provider submits the required authorization request.

Also, on the back of your BCBSM card is a phone number to contact to locate providers outside of Michigan.
