Are you putting money into a Flexible Spending Account this year?
Meritain Health is administering the flexible spending account for both medical and dependent care costs in 2015. Please be advised that automatic payments from your Flex accounts for medical costs will not occur through Meritain, as they did with Priority Health.
You will have to submit a Reimbursement Request Form (page 12 in the Meritain Flex Kit). If you are interested in setting up direct deposit, please refer to page 14.

Blue Cross Blue Shield Prescriptions
