Kudos to the following people and departments!
Kudos to Joedy Annis, Joel Papcun, media services, Leeanne Baumeler, Erin Schug, Cari Noga, the NMC Foundation, Tim Nelson, Teresa Scollon, Jan Root, The White Pine Press, Jason Dake and the Dennos Museum and all of our NMC colleagues. All of the mentioned employees or people affiliated with NMC, (and anyone we may have missed) were of tremendous support with our December 7 event at Inside Out Gallery, “Everyone Has A Story: Sit and Share Our Bench.” We had a full house and the event itself was near-perfect. We couldn’t have had such a meaningful experience without our NMC community. We plan to continue the writing workshop for people experienced with homelessness next semester.
