\"Hess,Heather Hess recently transitioned to the full-time position of Talent Acquisition Specialist in Human Resources on September 8, 2014. Heather was born in Neurmberg, Germany and grew up in the village of Philadelphia, New York.\u00a0 She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Information Design and Corporate Communication from Bentley University in Waltham, MA.\u00a0 After college she began her career in Human Resources working at the Grand Teton Lodge Company in Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming.\u00a0 Heather’s Human Resource Experience includes administrative, training and staff development, and recruitment.\u00a0 She spent five years climbing the corporate ladder before taking some time to experience the world.\u00a0 She spent seven months living and working in New Zealand with her husband, Jeremy.\u00a0 Upon their return to the United States Heather and Jeremy relocated to Michigan so Jeremy could pursue a Master’s Degree, which ultimately brought them to Traverse City.\u00a0 They had their first child, Carson, in February.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
