It looks to be a year positioned for much progress and achievement! All of the Operational Plan A3&#8217;s for next year are now available on the intranet along side the A3&#8217;s that we&#8217;re all still executing on for this year. These plans can be accessed<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.nmc.edu\/depts\/orpe\/planning\/operational-plans.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> <\/strong>on the ORPE intranet pages.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>If you have a need to go back to prior year operational plan A3&#8217;s, those are now available in an archive folder on the S drive located here:\u00a0S:\\ORPE\\Public\\Planning\\Archive.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the A3&#8217;s, there is also a FY&#8217;15 Operational Goals Summary available on the intranet in the same location as the A3&#8217;s. This is an Excel file which allows for filtering the goals by department, academic area\/vp area, IE criteria, and\/or strategic direction. This document is intended to offer a comprehensive view of the operational goals for the entire College for the coming year.
