Technology Help Desk (THD) is open for Spring 2014 Hours. \u00a0Spring hours, contact options, locations, computer lab hours, and “what we support” are available on the THD webpage\u00a0<\/span>www.nmc.edu\/help<\/a><\/p>\n

Faculty, please be sure to point out the THD website to your students who may need technology support or computer lab information.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In addition, after attending training recently the THD Staff are ready to support students, faculty, staff, and visitors with questions on our new Wireless access.<\/p>\n

Four current staff members will be returning to THD for Spring 2014 and THD has two additional student employees who will be learning the ropes and joining the NMC Technology Help Desk Staff starting next week.<\/p>\n
