Call the BCBS Customer Service Number \u2013 877-671-2583.\u00a0\u00a0 When you get to the phone triage, respond that you are \u201cAlready a Member\u201d and when they ask for the Enrollee ID,\u00a0 respond that “you don\u2019t have it”.<\/p>\n
Once you get to a Customer Service Rep,\u00a0 you may be asked for some other information such as birth date or address just to confirm your identification.\u00a0\u00a0 Let them know that you need to know your member ID from when you were enrolled with them.
